Would hate to talk about premine, as premine is always a negative point of a coin. Well, to be honest, we are launching the coin at our free time additional to the regular job. No specific funding available for setting things up. We would say without a "funding" support the whole processes of development, advertising, etc. will be very hard and inefficient (well, this basically means time consuming, like bitcoin being known after years community recognizing and acquirement). As such, we do use a part (< 1%) of this coin as the “funding” to push the things on the rail more efficiently, setting up wallets (versions for different systems), pools, exchanges, website and so on, as well as getting the coin to be exposed, with premines using as the bounty.
