Your API looks almost compatible with SMS-Activate.ru API except the API endpoint.

I can easily adapt MailBot to your API, but looks like your site has no signup form. It's better to have an account there to be able to test.

Also, if you like to see your service in the default list of providers compatible with SMS-Activate API then you need to check MailBot advertising offers.

Active POP3, IMAP and SMTP on Web.de domain is at your service. You need to solve one regular CAPTCHA to create an account on Web.de:

Important! Web.de allows signups only from IP addresses of German-speaking countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland. For all other countries, the error «ERegLimitReached: Exceeded the limit of accounts from IP address» will be generated.
