I am curiosity, where is the signed message that Gunthar got from the OP's account prior to accepting it as collateral?

Surely the signed message will prove that the OP is trying to scam Gunthar

I don't think Gunthar got any signed message.  It says here that there's no signed message available because there's no staked address.

Correct. We could identify the real owner other way tho, with the help of Blazed. His lack of cooperation shown he just wanted to scam.
I'm still open to give back this account to the original owner tho but he hasnt responded at all.

~Gun

I still dont see your answer to my question tho, "are you going to repay the loan your account took?"
I dont need "tips". You will get your account back anyways because (again) you got enough luck i came in the middle of this. But i need to know (and to decide) the status of your account after i will release my collateral:

- good boy tagged: means you repay the loan
- bad boy tagged: means you dont repay the loan
- bad bad boy: you dont repay+you continue to scowl about "banks" not giving back collaterals after "Bad loans" and shits

(if case 3 applies you can say good bye to yoru account, unless you convince theymos/cyrus to rape it from me as collateral)

let me know...

Thanks Gun, fair enough.  I had planned to thank you for the account, and tip appropriately.  I fucked up by not changing that password for ages, that is totally on me, and despite it being a simple BTCTalk account, I had underestimated the amount of fuckery that could be involved in a simple hack.

I lost ~100BTC to Avalon, 13 BTC to Gox, it's just the trend.  Gun you have my personal email via PM, or you can PM me the password.   I do wish to resolve this in a manner where everyone ends up as satisfied as possible.

Hey hey dude...cool off...i think i'm being much more cooperative than expected uh

I want FACTS, not bullshits and as i said you in PM, let's talk in here, publicly, not in PM

I am not theymos nor cyrus, i been helpful to you in the attempt to prove your noob account is the real owner of the main, if you want to proceed contacting theymos or cyrus, go ahead and see you here when you are done

ok, Blazed helped me to verify that jermwerty2 is indeed the real owner of jermwerty. First issued solved! Thanks Blazed!

Your account took a loan from me mate, what about it?
~Gun

I put a simple and straight question, mind to answer? Are you going to pay the loan YOUR account took from me or not?

No this is what the problem with Bitcoin is now.

I dont see any problem with Bitcoin, do you? If not get the FUD out of here.

Gunthar, you are essentially a bank.  You made a bad loan.

Exactly! Bad loan == collateral lost
You should be thankful i'm still here trying to mess with your mistakes

You are responsible for your own account, not Gunthar.

Exactly! Do you know the difference between this password 'kjh4kjhd7e98_//?dfjj2663RRR' and this password 'badboy' ?

Now, if you want to be so kind to stop whining and give us FACTS...because yoru account is not hostage, your account has defaulted a loan and has propably been hacked. So here how it works:

- you pay the loan and you get yoru account back with positive trust from me
- you dont pay the loan and you get your account back with negative trust from me about defaulted loan
- you dont pay your loan and continue accusing and whining, i put my signature on yrou account and put the password in my grandma underground.

Up to you bud, let me know.
~Gun

PS: if any DT wanna suggest me if i'm being wrong, i'm open to listen, thanks!

What do you mean exactly by this, what deal did you make with Gunthar again?

So this deal - Gunthar obviously thought I was lying, and made two pretty extreme requests for poof and said he would "recover my account back to (me) if I dont want to repay the loan"- and I provided back the exact proof he requested.

According to his own terms, I should get the account back. Anything else is disingenuous.  I did not take out a loan.  I posted here as soon as I discovered this.  I met his terms, and now the account is hostage.

Hey!
The easiest way to get your account back would be repaying 0.108 BTC your account got from me as a loan.

If you are really the owner of that account and you got hacked, i have a couple of ways to recover it back to you, if you dont want to repay the loan:

- a signed message from this address 1Fg2nvpXEZUykTCEBTS9b19k2RaMMz2U9z
stacked in a trade you had with Golio

- All shipping papers (UPS receipt, pictures etc) of stuff you sent some days ago to Blazed.

Have a wonderful day!
~Gun

I do have a lot of communications/pictures/tracking info/etc on the stuff I sent a YEAR AGO to Blazed, I can provide that.

Gunthar, you are essentially a bank.  You made a bad loan.  This will just serve as another reminder how shitty this scene has become.  Sorry my account got hacked.  I could easily pay you BTC, but whats the point?  This place is toxic, and Gun and I both know I wouldn't have jumped through his hoops if the deal wasn't real.

You are responsible for your own account, not Gunthar. If you were hacked YOU have to claim responsibility for failing to ensure the safety of your own account. Don't blame him for your own mistakes.

Looks like he is gone Gun. silence speak louder than words. "hacked" attempt failed.

No this is what the problem with Bitcoin is now.

I started back years ago with GPUs.  Mining for the fun of it.  Lost a few coins in gox, but only a small percentage. Used bitcoin as a currency, for fun, and never had an issue until recently.

I don't really keep up with the day to day bitcointalk news.  How many times has this forum been hacked?

So now I finally think I do my due diligence and let the community know what happened, what I thought was an upstanding citizen uses the words "if you prove it, you get your account back" but then just strings it on.

Yes please, the UPS receipt with tracking number you sent stuff to Blazed. Upload it somewhere and send me the link in PM, that would solve at least the ownership of your account.
~Gun

EDIT - found the info, uploaded it and provided link to Gun in PM.  Stuff that was only stored on my phone, so no exposure.  I haven't had any other accounts compromised that I have discovered, and all use different passwords.

I do feel really bad about all this.  Seems like the forum should have a big red flag "USER HAS CHANGED PASSWORD AND EMAIL WITHIN THE LAST 4 HOURS" or something.  I caught this as quick as I could, literally first thing I check in the AM is my email...

THat alert is present in your trust profile. At time your account asked a loan no password and no email were changed: it was me to change your password and your email to secure your account as collateral. You can check it on seclog.php

STRONG SUGGESTION: your password sucks dude....and if it was bonded to your emails, ebay, facebook etc, it really sucks more (and all those methods to verify you are instantly not acceptable)

Have a wonderful day!

Hey now I'm all up for reasonable, but I'm many wallets away from 2013 so that 1Fg2nvp address is long gone.  I don't believe much in address re-use.

I do have a lot of communications/pictures/tracking info/etc on the stuff I sent a YEAR AGO to Blazed, I can provide that.

Since you do have loan it is to be assumed that you currently don't have enough amounts right now. Although it was the hacker who have loan .10 btc is still a pain in the ass. Good thing is that Gun speak up and willing to deal with you for good.

Gun -

So you traded with my account that I now realize was just reset on password a few hours earlier and email changed?  Ugh.  For the record I've only posted for a loan 1x in my entire bitcoin history, and it was back for an Avalon Original Batch 3 box for 100BTC.  Boy that worked out poorly  Sad

Just let me know what kind of "proof" you want, since you have control over the account I'm sure you can find something.  Also, I use the same username on heatware and eBay, so you can always verify through those means, pretty unique username!

Thanks for any help,

The real JermWerty

If this account is your better to make sign message from your old address to prove that you are the owner.. and share it here as a proof..
But according to bctalkpricer there is no old bitcoin address..
Or maybe you already got your account?

I have access to my original .edu email on the account.
Not sure if that is enough, the email address on the account has been changed.
Usually a signed message from a staked (bitcoin) address is best. Your account doesn't have one (not before taking todays loan), hence that will be hard.

I've pinged Blazed about this who has traded with you in the past (according to feedback), maybe they can help.
