I think that, they were not the main reasons. There're 3 main reasons for this dip:
1. U.S btc investors were all shocked because of paying capital gain tax which they gained in 2017. Therefore, their first reaction is to sell btc as a normal one to pay for the tax. Many of them can't even have enough money to pay for that sudden tax
2. Btc and other cryptocurrencies have recovered roughly about 30% from the bottom. They need time to rest before testing short-term resistance.
3. There's an adage that warns investors: Sell in May and go away.

this is 3 reason why drop

Bitfinex taxation policy, s
candal of South Korea’s two largest cryptocurrency exchanges UPbit and Bithumb,
and the initial sell-off of the Mt. Gox trustee’s bitcoin funds.

Why mt.Gox still in issue when it was clear that theres no withdrawal happens, and case is still in progress so better stop pointing that issue towards prices dropping.

What about the bitfinex taxation wasnt enough to make the price fall, yess this is the biggest exchange in crypto but tax is an obligation,I guess people are mature enough to understand this
