Nice research @Rikafip! Fortunately, I've never heard of USI Tech and Bidrace (I'm relatively young here), but every Ponzi needs to be labeled with its real name, which is SCAM.

What happened: MTCore is a scam that is going for some time, with Ann thread active for a few months now. It is a new version of now dead ponzi Bidrace. This is the latest ongoing project from a known scammer Fernandes Severino Joao Filipe, who was involved in high profile scam known as USI Tech.

And these are MTCore "packages". To enure constant influx of new investors in order to keep this ponzi alive, according to their webiste The Affiliate committee receives a 40% commission on the software sale when someone they referred buys software.
On the MTCore website, under Privacy tab, some info is mentioned about the company behind it. What a surprise, it is Bidrace.
According to info from their Website, Bidrace is registered in Spain. Now let's if there is Bidrace company registered in Spain, and who is behind it

As you can see, the name I marked red is the same one that was involved in USI Tech scam. Address checks out as well, both on the website and register same one is mentioned, Gran Via Avenue 84 1ºD, 36230 Vigo.

Last but not the least, their Ann thread is full of newbie shilling this scam, and it is going on for months now. Posts are being reported and deleted, but they keep churning out new ones. At least few hundred posts have been deleted by now.
