Now that I have my offline BTC addresses with corresponding 2key qr icons, Is there a small simple graphic program I can use to make my own paper wallets with my own images on them, .say a pic of myself, or a beer, or an elk, or whatever, . just wanting to print my own bills with my own design with the two qr codes correctly placed. Has anyone tried this?
You don't need programs like that with graphic stuff. Paper wallet is just private key/public key written on paper.
You could print it with bitcoin logo or to be more not obvious with for example winnie the pooh.

So you could use MS word or open office, to compose your paper wallet. Just place image there, your public and private key, and arrange it nicely Smiley
I use website that makes beautiful paper wallets coz im lazy Tongue

totally offline, I use bitaddress to generate and then save QR as png,  I then backup save the "QR /png" to an offline sd card as well, hence why I would like to finish the paper wallet creation and graphics offline till the finished product, good info, thanks

be careful when using programs to generate these types of things!

you can use bitaddress to generate offline keys and it has QR code.
you can also use Electrum and click QR (of either a private key or the seed) and save it as a PNG and then add anything to it, like a design around it and add pictures,... and print it.

Pixlr is another option that is browser based if you don't feel like downloading anything.

thank you, i need a new btc toy while waiting for my market changes. . someone also mentioned qrencode. using a qr png image right now, also the qr image changed from the bitaddress.org generated one to the png image, the png is a lot simpler looking and less complex, but it still works bringing up the address and making transactions, hope this isn't a problem somewhere along the line

You can try Inkscape (simple and easy to use) or GIMP ...  Both are for FREE.
