So I have been in bitcoin a very short time maybe 6 month's. I invested in some good mining gear, old but still working couple of ant s1 and one ant s3, but recently been hitting faucets pretty hard a hour or two day just playing looking learning about advertises and referrals and such, but was looking into creating a faucet rotator.

Is it really worth the time and effort to create one of these or go with a service that does it for you? are the services really real has any one ever used them? like this one?

I mean if you maintain it and get a user base how much can you really make off referrals in general?

Any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I have used faucet rotators in the past when I had no way to make any Satohshis and they are quite useful as they save a user's time by auto presenting the next faucet in line and one can just keep entering his address and typing captchas and make a few 1000s satoshis.

So yes, they can be useful and many users still use them and as far as making a profit, that depends on how many users use your rotator day after day and if you have a good traffic you can make a small amount of income, not only from referrals but advertisements as well.

If you're really interested in making one, I can suggest you few good ways of making them easily, let me know if you need any help.

Faucet generally give out something like 50 satoushi-10 000 satouchi (0.00000050-0.00010000) each time people visit then witch could be every 10min, 30 min, 1hr/3hr/6hr/12hr or once a day depending on site, the referral earinings could be 10%-50% or so depending on so i think you can make quite a bit if you get a lot of people that visits your site that directs them to the better faucets. Try to use a few faucet yourself for a week and see how much you can earn to get an ide about whats possible that your reffered people can bring in.
As long as people can make more than the world powerty income line, 1$ a day on a maby 12-16 hrs work day by visiting faucets there will always be an audience for it, a 10 000 sat faucet for example brings in 0.0001*250=0.025 $/visit  and would at 250$/btc be worth visiting if it takes less than 1/0.025 of the workday, so it will have to take less than 1080  seconds(i doubt it will take that long for anyone) to fill out the captcha if the person compares it to there normal 12 hrs workday.
