All though to be honest if i was after 1000 email accounts 1000Sat's sounds like a great deal, although I'm unsure what I would do with all those accounts.

Why would anyone pay for such useless task, when they can do it for free. but someone really busy would find it helpful. but not safe at all.

you should create a bot that do it faster than a standard human, this would bring the attention of many, right now, your service is useless
you offer services that everyone can do it by themselves and that is hard to make people will interested you service

The buyer can always change the password once they get the accounts.
That being said, if they have to go through that hassle thy might as well create the accounts themselves.
