Hey guys

So about 6 hours ago I purchased RM 2000 of BTC from btc.my, and was told to bank in, which I did. I paid the RM 2000 and within 3 minutes got an email confirmation from their staff confirming my purchase for that amount. They also gave me a link to my status of purchase. I needed the BTC very quickly ( I was told that the fastest approval takes 15 minutes, and the longest 4 hours, not including confirmation time for the BTC to be sent) so I emailed the Support staff, called the numbers provided and even messaged the owner on Facebook, 6 hours passed and no reply as yet to be given.

Contacting the various avenues and not getting any reply is certainly frustrating, and if I had known, I'd have paid higher to buy my bitcoins at LocalBitCoins.

What's the use of providing various mobile phone numbers if nobody will pick up any of them?

Anyone else faced with this same issue?

Edit 1 : Yes I'm a brand new account. I've had no reason to open an account here prior to this incident. He makes an extremely large spread profit, the least he could do is provide decent customer service by answering his phone.
