You should ideally use a fresh OS and no anti malware while mining. AV/Malwarebytes can slow down your system CPU, complain about various mining software and slow down your internet connection if it's suspicious, so I think it's best not to have an active av/am software working on your mining rig.

I was experimenting mining a CPU based coin like Yenten and Ring coin and I notice slowing down of my pc and it heats up also but when I turn off the anti virus it fixed everything I'm planning to transfer to another pc without any anti virus so I can mine steadily.

Any process running on the PC will slow mining: browser, wallet, VNC/Teamviewer, AV, Windows Update, Indexing service,
file sharing, ... turn it all off except what is absolutely necessary.

When there is an active system scan, usually around 3AM some anti virus software run a scan on the entire drive while you are sleeping. If you are CPU mining this will affect the speed a little while the scan is underway. Depending on how many files you have it might take a few hours.

You can disable this timed scan and just set the real time scan instead. Real time scan uses very little resources. Another issue with scanners is that they might accidently remove your miner software because it flags it as malware, so be sure to add to quarantined list so it doesn't happen. They are all false positives.
