if he just has to rub his hand over a machine. then anyone can rub a machine over his hand..
imagine a busy subway station where you are bumping into people. could you really tell if any of them just swiped your hand??

infact it does not need actual contact. just close proximity..

now ijust hand him my cellphone and let my NFC pick up the signal from his hands. now i have a copy of the data in his hands..

modern day pickpocketing. just walk past someone with a NFC reader.

nfc is less secure than pin numbers.. its even easier to grab data then the "bluejacking" that was occurring 5-8 years ago
