It is not a crated as click bait by OP. Look like OP has very difficult time in writing the 2 sentences in English.
I will just advise OP to practice more while OP is looking for job.
It technically is a click bait OP and the OP is not that good in English and I don't think why people should hire a manager that does not speak an international language for a reason.

If you can't even create a thread to advertise your services properly, why would anyone believe you can manage a community?

Tell us more about your previous work and experience (links please). But from first look, it seems that you need to improve your English a little bit.
Are you going to work from a newbie account? At least buy copper membership to post pictures and get more engagement and impression.

OP, how to do expect some one to hire you if you dont have any work experience? There are hundreds of wannabe noobs here who dont have any idea of managing campaigns. Badly managed campaigns are the root cause of severe spamming in this forum. Also fraudulent campaigns managers are known to enroll their known paid spammers and allow them to feast of the compnay's money.

In other words, I dont expect a newbie to be an expert in running a campaign. Post some work experience if you have or join as an assistant manager with some already established manager to gain the same.

Well it's always okay to find a job, but at least create an appropriate and interesting thread. Also, do you have previous experience in this area?

If you're offering your services, I think your title is a bit misleading as it suggests you're looking for a manager. Better change it to something like: [FOR HIRE] Community Manager.

On top of that, add your experiences. I doubt any legit project would hire a CM without prior experiences in related fields.
