2. Contact your partners, explain how your project can be useful for their users and ask them to mention you on their social media.
3. SEO + PPC, it works for dapps just as well.
4. Find the list of bloggers that cover the topics related to your dapp and contact them for promotion.

I'm a bit curious. How marketing dApps look like? It is quite different from ICOs since there is no crowdfunding or token sale, or tokens at all.

Decentralized Apps just mean that the app itself is utilizing blockchain technology. ICOs are a fund raising process for organizations with an idea and want to start up a dApp. You can check out this dApp. Its available on the App Store https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/instance-app/id1262706964?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D4. Its a marketplace of services. Pretty cool
