As indicated by other members too, i think you need to update the title as you are offering services of a Marketing Manager and not looking for a marketing manager.

Apart from building and showing your portfolio, are you looking to be hired here on bitcointalk as a campaign manager? If so, you better contact the companies listed in the altcoins sections and see how the Bounties (Altcoins) work here on bitcointalk.
Other than bitcointalk, you should also try to put your advertisements in different Facebook groups and do target-oriented linkedin searches but for all these, you need to have a proper portfolio.
