Is there any place where I can sell any ICO coin/token? I have two coins/token from ICO which have been held last year but there's no update from the team, no listing yet. They are having many excuses.

If team don't want to develop their project or list ico coin/tokens, there won't be anyone who are willing to buy that ico coin/tokens from anybody, IMO. Just like @Pffrt , i also have so many ICO coin/token which i got from bounty works. I usually try to trade that ico coin/tokens using contract address if that's on ethereum blockchian or ERC20 type tokens or in simple word, try to do contract trading using dex if there are any suitable/profitable order on that dex. It's better to look into that becasue i don't think, there would be any marketplace for exchanging ico coins/tokens rather than officially listed exchanges.

Is there any place where I can sell any ICO coin/token? I know about bitcointalk altcoin Marketplace but that's not too good place to sell such coins. I have two coins/token from ICO which have been held last year but there's no update from the team, no listing yet. They are having many excuses. That's why I planned to sell them. Do you know any of such places?

there is no other place better than marketplace altcoin if you are selling a token or other coins which is not yet listed in exchange.

Its really hard to find buyers in your coins as you said the team is not making any more announcement  and no specific  date for listing it in exchange . this is also other reasons why its hard to sell it to others,Members or traders is also looking for potential gain that they can have for buying a coins, if they think they will not earn from   it of course they will refuse buying it.

You need to accept the fact that you need to wait for them to list it or else just stay it in your wallet maybe one day it will be listed in exchange.

There are many trading platforms which allows you to place order for any tokens or coins but not sure about their legitimacy, if you are having hard time finding your coin listed anywhere means the coin is almost dead and you can't really convert it into real money anymore.

its only almost dead but not totally . there are still possibilities that can happen like team will resume/revive  thier stucked up project , thats also what i believe on my coins because i have many coins too that i got on the past that arent listed yet while some listed but have a small value   .

selling it to someone else is 50/50  because most of them wont accept a questionable token while there are people that buys a kind of coins like this but its rare  . he can still try if he wanted too .
As far as I know there is only 0.000001% of happening thid because it will need lot of funds to resume a dead projects so I don't think any team will try to do it because they can start of it with a new name with very less capital and can promote their projects to make money. If your coins still has some value then just sell it off for the price you get or it will goes to zero by the time passes.

OP, you are not the only one here with such a shitcoin in their bags deepest pockets. Tongue

Several projects have been scoured by bounty participants and investors but truth it they never made is past the funding to get listed anywhere. This is the gamble of the ICOs. You will never have any assurance that they will be listed and that too be traded everyday with a good volume. It is one the risks that you take when buying/earning that coin.

Attempting to sell it on the forum marketplace subsections can be tried but less likely to be fruitful because like the OP there are several users here who are also looking to sell those shitcoins but there are no buyers.

Try some DEXs like EtherDelta which often list every ether token.

Hey, what coin/token do you sell if the coin/token are not in exchanges is very difficult to sell. You must wait for the team to announce coins will be added in exchanges

I don't know any but IIRC, there were posts in the past that desired to buy ICO coins and tokens that have no value anymore. The reason was unknown but try to dig and get back to the older threads on that section.

altcoin Marketplace

I have seen that one too but i dont know whats their true motive on buying dead coins that didnt even hit up on exchanges. Also its just normal for people not to buy up these coins yet these doesnt even had

value at all unless if they do gamble out and just pray and hoping for some luck that the said project will comeback  to life and suddenly becomes listed on an exchange which will really give out tons of profits.

This is possible but on a very slim chance or even nearly 0%.
The reason is unclear. We will never know the intention and reason why they do that. It can be that reason that someday those coins that they buy will pump in the future, so, that's the kind of investment that they have before it takes off.

Another reason is that it's nothing but part of their collection which is unlikely. I can't think of any reason why they look for that and hoping that OP could find his counterpart for selling those, although people are wiser in coin investing this time.

Can we know the project? I didn't mean that you can't sell it to others, But i see today all economics are down maybe that is the other reason that's why they couldn't lists their token to any exchange ask of now? My suggestion is you can hold it tight until the world comeback to normal maybe there is a possibility that the token that you hold from ICO will be listed. Because if you want t sell it here or to the other platform there is no assurance on that how do you if the person that you are transacting are trusted? Of course you didn't know right? The second thing do you think there will be a buyer on your token if they know that the token that you are dealing with someone are not listed yet? So buyer are automatically thinking that the token you are dealing aren't profitable. Anyway Don't lost hope man it will be listed all you have to do is to keep it and wait for the future.

I would not trust any place on this forum unless it is a guy with good trust. Every now and then you find people offering a few small cents or dollars for some tokens nobody wants so I would wait for that guy to open a new thread.

Otherwise, have you tried just listing your tokens on DEXs?
