Can I sell MARS4 Land NFTs?
You can not sell the MARS4 Land NFTs for the moment. However, you will be able to do that after the game launch.

When is the launch of the MARS4 game?
The launch will happen in four parts.
Firstly, a demo version of the game will be released in Q2, 2022
Secondly, a PC 3D single-player game will be available from Q4 2022.
Lastly, a PC 3D multiplayer game is planned to be launched in Q1 2023 .

the ISSUE seems to be that they (mars4 team) are unable to honor
their own faqs and/or timeline planning.
