No, please I'm not blaming anyone here. I'm just seeking advice and if there's any hope or slimmest chance of getting money back.
How to help others now, not to fall in this trap or any other scam?
Don't you all think, these scammers also deserve punishment?

Unfortunately, there is no way to get your money, not that I know of. My previous quick DD told me that their company is a ghost, no registration number for you to sue them, or a legal address [I don't think that address is truly theirs] so you can knock on their door.

How to help others? Cold as it might sound, it's all here, the information and the warnings. All other people need to do is a small DD before investing on a very questionable project, and they won't fall into it.

Do we think these scammers also deserve punishment? Sure. We can tag and flag them. You know their account rep here?

What happened: We know cloud mining of any kind is a scam, we often find that these projects end up being scams.

Have we considered why some people will never go for cloud mining offers, things like this are the main reason for that, some will even make it plain and clear that even the telegram mining is not an acceptable offer for them to take, once its not a bitcoin mining with PoW, then its as useless as taking a risk for nothing, most of these people targeted ambitious users who are desperate in seeking for earning opportunities and the kind of offer these platforms gives will be the first attraction to make people give a try on them, forgetting the risk and danger they include.

Hi @qqwx,
I got scammed by mashash, and you'll see lot many got scammed last week.
In the begining, it did work, but later it happens to be BIG scam.
Please help us recover our money, if you know anyone insider from mashash scammers.
What are the options, we've?

It means they already meet their end game, start rug pulling, the tap ran out of water, the pyramid has reached its peak, whatever you want to call them.

I did looked around and browsed in trustPilot, scamadvisor and couple of other sites about reviews.
Wish I had gotten to bitcointalk, first, things would have been different.
Even they ran youtube channel, linkedin, x platforms, and users had good experience till end of october.
But same users, from 01/02 nov, started reporting these issues.
It's definitely mistake and hard way to learn.
But isn't there anyway to catch these scammers? not even law-enforcement agencies can track these?
I see user "qqwx" worked as bounty manager for them, can't he share details about them to law agencies, if he really regretting and really want to help us.
From where these are operating?

And as harsh as it may sound, though qqwx shared a blame by promoting this project in the first place, but your hand [and the rest of the lot] are not exactly clean either. You said and I quote, "In the beginning, it did work, but later it happens to be BIG scam" you stayed, even after qwkk take down his ANN in matter of day after being pointed out. Yet, you stay, because it still bring you profit.

So yeah, though I am not defending qwkk, I'll say it's not fair to guilt tripping him with "if he really regretting and really want to help us".

You asked what are the option you have in the earlier post. Well, start accepting that you play a role in this, stop assigning blame to others, as you get into this by yourself. And consider what you earned so far as a blessing. Or if you're in overall loss, then consider it as an expensive lesson. That is the extent your option.

Of course, you are deceived and every scam works in this way, in the beginning, they still pay out to some users to gain trust and encourage users to invest larger amounts. Until one moment when they decide on an exit scam.
Unfortunately, no one can help you, certainly not someone who promoted them for money.
A question for you and the other scammed from this scheme, why did you keep your money with them after this thread and still invest in the scam platform?

I already told albon that its done by unknownly. Really I did not know before this.
You received several warnings that you ignored with the excuse that you were only paid for that post. Now it's your account red-tagged, I guess that earned money was worth that much.

I peeked at their thread history, and I think they has a tendency to accept any project, regardless of their future prospect. Those typical bounty manager who facilitate questionable "ICO" and all. Albon was tagging them with neutral and they're in his radar now, so I believe he'll pay a close look at their next project.

With that in hand, I'm quite eased, knowing that he'll dilligently report the next questionable [with basis] project they promoted.
He didn't even try to learn, nor will he pay more attention next time. If he was ready for something like that, it wouldn't have come to this. From now on it will be even easier for him, he has deleted his reputation (if he had one) and he doesn't have to worry about it.

I did not received any warning.
And Already I am ashamed for this. And thread deleted

I'm sorry, but I don't believe in your honesty, now you're going to say everything here in an attempt to save your reputation. I saw that you on Altcoinstalks promote the same thing, I guess it's part of the same deal. However, I didn't see that you asked for thread archiving there as well. Now the question is whether these are the only two places where you promote them, or whether you also did it on some other forums, blogs...

I did not aware of this issue. I am very sorry to see this is ponzi scam. Obviously I did not like this type project. Unfortunately I posted that. I removed the thread. Thanks

About what you weren't aware? The thread was posted from your profile. You were willingly posting about this Ponzi. Unless you don't know what you are posting, then why do you make an announcement thread for them? Any of the users here know this is a Ponzi scheme, but you don't. You are just promoting scams for money. This is a direct scam, nothing indirect here. You should take lessons from this. We discourage anyone on the forum to avoid promoting scams.

OP, first of all, do you mind to break the link to their site or place them on a code bracket so we won't actively provide them a back link?
Edited now the link uses code.

They claimed that they've been around since 2019, and though a website age checker will confirm that the site is four years and nine months old, it's not entirely true that the company's been using the site since 2019. In fact, the domain was for sale in 2021, and only recently active as mashash as what's shown now.
I believe this is their main domain which is only 19 days old.
Code:
mashash.top/
https://whois.domaintools.com/mashash.top
It's possible that they bought the domain to make it look like it's promising with over 4 years of age for people to believe, but it's a complete ponzi scheme.

Okay, I hope you will do your research again and avoid promoting any fraudulent platforms or projects to maintain your reputation. Many people could be deceived by your paid marketing.

I noticed that you deleted the content of the announcement topic you promoted. You can also lock the topic and move it to the Archival.

I will change the trust feedback from negative to neutral to avoid forgetting this issue.

Thanks for your kindness.

The Anncoment topic promoted by this member @qqwx, whose link you mentioned in your scam accusation topic OP, has been deleted. This promoter was expected to stop promoting it after this topic was raised. However, he again promoted the Cloud Mining/Ponzi scam site on the Mining (Altcoins) board [here].

I will report his second topic and tag his account. It is clear from his posts that he is an unknown bounty manager, as indicated by his following quote, that he received payment from the team of this fraudulent platform, regardless of the risks investors or bounty hunters might face if a bounty campaign is launched. [Truly selfish people who only care about their own interests. Angry]

[NOTE: I am paid only for posting this announcement. If you have any question, please go to their website and can ask directly]

Second... uhh... I believe it's a truism? All of their profile shout Ponzi scheme.

The address, "483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4BS" street view will not show any headboard sign of mashash.

They claimed that they've been around since 2019, and though a website age checker will confirm that the site is four years and nine months old, it's not entirely true that the company's been using the site since 2019. Registration number? Non-existent.

I won't even bother hunting the photo of the reviewers as I am quite sure someone can find them on the internet, either from photostock or a stolen photo that's used without the real owner's permission.

But, good job, OP, one more ponzi bit the dust before they can scam the forum.

Maybe some of you already know that this should be a cautionary tale, that projects that offer this kind of thing are scams.

I see large deposits and withdrawals, it's a little questionable is there anyone who invests like this?
Usually, transaction history like this is just a sweetener to attract investors.
