I agree with MAAManda here. The features and the idea behind the project are good, the core mechanics can be good too, but then there is always a possibility that the project wouldn't go to the Moon as imagined, or that the rewards for being with it for a very long time can be minuscule.

Or maybe it could be because Massa (MAS) doesn't have strong backers, so far they're only listed on 2 CEXs (MEXC and Bitget), with small 24H volumes too, on MEXC around $30K and on Bitget only around $6K. Because of this they don't get attention from the crypto public regarding what they offer in their blockchain technology (maybe).

Totally right! The investors and the backers of the project play a huge role too. Many factors get us the picture of why different projects go the way they go, sometimes as we imagine, sometimes - completely out of our imagined path.

Are you familiar with the project? What is your analysis of this blockchain?

Yes, I'm familiar with this project, I followed it when they were in the early phases. I used to think this project could be a game-changer in the industry, but once they launched, there was nothing there.

They're layer-1 blockchains, with the recognition that they're the ones capable of overcoming the blockchain trilemma. But in reality, they're ranked 5000+ in MC. See what I mean? if they were that good, surely they should already be in the top 100 in terms of MC.

Hi,
I have been following the Massa project ($MAS) since their testnet phase, and I find the team very serious and competent. During the testnet, the performance was incredible at 8000 Tx/s with 6000 node. Their strengths include the Nakamoto coefficient, autonomous smart contracts, and many other features in development. Installing a node is very simple. The network has been audited, and projects are progressively developing. I believe the value is totally undervalued as there hasn't been much communication yet.
