No, you can't redistribute it as they sell the book for £8.85. Sending a copy to another member would be theft. They do cycle the free books though, so it will turn up as a free offer again.
I missed it. But today they are offering Python cookbook and they are going to offer one free ebook till June 21, so keep on visiting this site daily might this offer can come up again.
