The problem is that: I change the password but didn't got anything by email. I've been trying to repeat this procedure several times, with no result. No email arrived.
Could you please check the mechanism of "password remaining" and "email sending".

Same problem here. Put in the wrong password a couple of times and now locked out.
The email option on the website just times out and no way to contact support.
I can still mine to the pool and get payouts. Its a pity because I think that its a
one of the good pools with honest payouts...
