That is an ALTCOIN question, this is the Bitcoin area. Being new perhaps you do not know that all the other crypto coins are NOT Bitcoin? Mining alts may eventually result in earning BTC - after the altcoins are exchanged - but that is by no means mining BTC and does nothing to support its blockchain.

I am really new to this crypto currency world and I have seen my friend doing master node set up in Voltr and is earning free coins, though dont exactly remember the coin name.
I would like to try the same as well. So can someone please share the coin list and masternode set up guide, if its handy with you.. Not sure where else I should search info for.
