Looks interesting at first glance, ill sleep on it and see how i feel in the morning.

well.. in cloud mining there are surely referral program (that this is the only way to make money with) here, there will be not referral program, we dont' care about, and in masternode you dont' pay for hardware (and hardware will be obsolete soon in mining)  and energy cost; it's quite different

I hope that this project will be successful, good luck to the development team.
How many coins will be distributed for each participant?

So TL;DR, we lend you money, that money is invested in master nodes then you pay us back what's earned in the proportion that we've invested? It's like cloud mining but for masternodes. I hope this doesn't explode in people's faces, but I lam assuming it will.
