Hello I have a question: Can I run masternodes from my PC if it's turned on 24/7 or the only option for running a masternode is through a VPS? Thanks
You have two options. However, VPS is better option if you want to run more than one masternode more securely, smoothly.

Yes you can run but its better if your PC specification is fit enough to became a good masternode.

VPS renting is a good decision making in running masternode WHY? is not expensive , good maintenace and stable network.
