i don't know about this particular exchanger but i have seen good, honest people put out of their business and yet scammers continue their work restless.
them warning people of their closing shows this though.
Never heard of them, but i think they just use recent stress as excuse to close their service because they suffer loss

Nowadays, an exchange is honorable if it does not steal customer money when it close its door.

But the positive thing is the admin was good enough to tell their member take their coin out of the exchange

but it is good thing that they are announcing their leave an not just running away suddenly like some others did in the past.

Due to the trouble with the small blocks and recent stress testing, the owners of MasterXchange find it too difficult to continue. So, these stress tests have resulted in more than one person throwing in the towel. Too bad. Better go withdraw any residual funds you have there.
They seem nice and honest people, they adress their customers beforehand with this message:
