Did you import all your keys from Blockchain.info? Are you looking at the max fee as stated in Electrum?
Check your fees, go to Tools>Preferences and check if you selected dynamic fee. If you're using dynamic fee, drag the slider to the middle.

I didn't import keys . I did import my seed which imported all my keys.
When i click preview i see only 1 output
I checked my fee it it was it thanks solved now
