The chief finance officer of max royal coin is Nick Evodokimov. Look at links for previous ICOs such as KYC Lega, Gigawatt and you get the picture.
They started the posting awhile back but held off on the ICO sales. They have not developed the full scam package of bios, bought news stories, ad campaigns yet
But you can see their page here https://maxroyalcoin.com/ and follow a scam as it progresses. It is fascinating.
