just curious, have they told you or at least given you a hint as to why they suddenly requested the KYC? also, this isn't the first time I've seen a casino take a long time to "review" an account.

anyway, have you asked them what will happen to the bonus when the bonus expires and the "review" on your account is still not finished or if there is only a few days left before the bonus expires?

they have a representative and a thread on the forum but it seems like the representative is not active, and so is their thread.

Dear community! I would like to draw your attention to a flagrant case of fraud by mBit casino.
I am an experienced player and registered at this casino on 11/18/24, having found it in the top rating of the cryptocompare website.
But I have never seen such blatantly fraudulent behavior and unprofessional attitude, especially from the casino staff.
My gaming session was interrupted at the moment when my balance was about 13,500 USDT and they required me to pass KYC, I sent them all the necessary documents, after which they were checked for a long time and told that they wanted to ask me questions on Skype. On 11/27/24 I answered all their questions on Skype and they told me to wait. Today is 12/10/24, and 2 weeks have passed, but my account is still not unblocked, the employees respond with template messages to the mail and advise me to be patient.
But the point is that on 12/18/24 the wager on the bonus will expire very soon, in which my entire balance of 13,500 USDT is located, and my account will simply be zeroed out, due to the fact that the casino does not give me access to the account and illegally abuses its right to check KYC. I am an experienced player and have not violated any casino rules, I believe that the casino is acting illegally and dishonestly. I ask you to draw the attention of the community to this incident, if possible, influence the casino and return my deposit of 5,555 USDT to me, because I do not intend to play with scammers.
