He sold shares in his company with the full knowledge of closing said company. If that isn't a scam worthy of legal action, I don't know what is.

I don't want to sue to get rich. I want to sue to get RIGHT!

With RealSolid's refusal to remove fees for withdraws and the minimum trade limits that are in place, we are forced to remain a patrons of MCX. The "Bait and Switch"  maneuver that RealSolid executed in reguards to  pre-sale of mcxFEE is criminal.

Whereas, the timing of the sale of mcxFEE and the subsequent halting of trading has all the classic trademarks of a scam.

Whereas, recent rulings on the status of Bitcoin as a legal currency has made it possible for those victimized in scams such as the mcxFEE debacle to seek judicial recourse. (see http://www.scribd.com/doc/160406193/Bitinstant-Class-Action-Lawsuit)

Therefore, we demand a remedy the situation by refunding the 0.4BTC for every presale mcxFEE share sold, and an immediate suspension of all withdrawal limits and minimum trade restrictions.

Please be advised that if no attempts at resolution are made, my party will be making EVERY effort to organize a class-action lawsuit on behalf of those who have fallen prey to your illegal activity.
