I tried it before and it didn't work. Nobody sent me a tip. Maybe it's me, but I think most web users don't have a culture of tipping.

Tipping with bitcoin creates dust, just like a tipping jar you should be able to collect tips and when the jar is full put it in your wallet.

I believe I've come across several blogs and websites which the owner already done that by putting their btc address and if the visitor find the content useful, they could voluntarily decide to donate. Similar for video contents, like for instance youtube, you could also put your btc address as an option for the viewer to donate. Changetip is currently moving towards that direction which is great for facilitating micropayments.

I have thought about this too. I think this is a great benefit bitcoin has. If you really enjoy an article, you can tip the writer!
Yes, Bitcoin can be sent to the tip address any time with nearly no extra charge. It will incentive the internet content  providers.

cointelegraph is big example of that who are earning bitcoin through media news, crypto currency is main source of the income that website.

and look at the current lead story

every single story written no matter wat the website could have their own unique address

for donations, it could also be loaded with a code for prepayment

youtube videos could also do the same

Not sure it is necessary, it seems like it would be extra admin for the website owners.
If I had 300 youtube videos, I would like all of my tips/income to come to the same address where I can easily spend it/exchange it.

Having 300 addresses would be a bit of a pain I guess

I am sure media sites and all already earn a good income through the news they do, and I doubt a lot of people who actually tip them. However independent bloggers and youtubers definitely should, perhaps already do this. ALl these sites used to actually get a lot of money tipped to them but recently the trend has been falling. People only tip say a dollar or 2 through changetip, whereas before you could actually see people dropping in like 0.1 BTC as well.

Some bitcoin blogs or news sites have a qr code or address to tip. They never seem to get much but there's also changetip which is perfect for this sort of stuff and could take off on social networks like facebook and youtube. I think it's a good idea tio reward quality content or contributions and helps spread bitcoin adoption in the process.

Most of bloggers, content/ article writers have a short bio under the content that includes a BTC address (or his/her favourite Altcoin).
But if you're saying that; each content's value is different and should be tracked, than you need an additional db & address list to track them down.
