Hi guys,
I have been a lurker miner for almost a year on this forum learning all about cryptocurrencies.
But I'm not only a bitcoin miner I'm also a licensed Canadain medical marijuana grower.
I've been growing legally now for almost 2 years and have much experience with the legitimate side of this business.
After 9 years of research, I have developed and refined a highly profitable business model.
I would like to raise money to expand my operation for both domestic and foreign markets.
As Canada reforms its small medical marijuana cottage industry into a more corporate industrial level, there is a good opportunity to take a permanent and highly profitable position within this industry.
The main difference between American legalization and Canadian legalization of marijuana, is that in Canada medical marijuana is legal at the federal level. So Canada is a much safer environment when it comes to marijuana investment.
As a bitcoiner I will easily implement bitcoin as an alternative form of payment for marijuana product & merchandise purchasing.
I will also offer my bitcoin for marijuana merchant services to any business requiring that type of processing.
Here are the details so far:I will be investing $200,000.00 CAD of my own money into this venture.
I will require another $500,000.00 CAD.
Brake down of costs:Equipment: …............. $115,500.00
Building & land: .......... $450,000.00
24h Security: ............ $73,920.00
Labor: ...................... $57,600.00
I want to sell 700 total bonds. Out of this, 500 will be secured.
• The collateral will include land & buildings.
• Tesla based magnetic induction lighting equipment that come with a 10 year warranty. (Made in the USA used by NASA.)
• Advanced
aquaponics equipment.
The money needed is roughly for producing 77lbs of marijuana every 90 days, using the sea of green methodology. Its estimated that once the new medical marijuana rules in Canada come into effect in April, the selling price will be 300-$350 an ounce. Right now the selling price is around $280 an ounce for legal medical marijuana in Canada.
77lb * 16= 1232 ounces every 90 days.
At $280 an ounce that comes to $344,960.00 per quarter, for an annual return of $1,379,840.00. After taxes and expenses that will be $1,090,073.60 of pure profit for the first year.
The cost of shares will be:------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Non secured - $672.50 per share - will pay 81% annual interest for a total of $1217.23. The $544.73 profit will be divided as the dividend payout once every 4 months.
Secured – $731.00 per share – will pay 25% annual interest for a total of $913.75. The $182.75 profit will also be divided as the dividend payout once every 4 months.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All bonds will mature after two years. At that point anyone holding a secured bond will be able to trade it for a stock option or choose to cash out.
All non-secured bonds will be bought out.
As bitcoin is under attack right now, my medical marijuana business might be a very good way to diversify your investment assets into a real substantial and emerging market.
I have set up a working web page at
www.qunnappas.com where you can purchase bonds.
I would like to raise money and get started immediately to take advantage of the new Canadian marijuana law coming into effect in April.
My capability and keys to success: • I can harvest 1lb of marijuana per 1000 watt light every 90 days.
• I don’t use any chemicals for fertilizers only natural ingredients utilizing the revolutionary new aquaponics method.
• I utilize an effective sound frequency technique developed by the Canadian government to increase and enhance the plant nutritional intake.
• I use Tesla based magnetic induction lighting that produces 1000 watt light at 400watts of actual electrical use.
I have been in contact with several crowd funding sources, but nothing has been inked yet. I will update this thread in case of any new information on that front.
A
local law firm will be in charge of the notarisation and issuance of the debenture bonds, mailing a complete information package to investors.
I know fully well the problems of fraud in this business. From out right scam, to just plane old butterfly labs incompetence and unprofessionalism.
So I am happy to answer any questions and concerns. I am also open to any suggestions and advice.
Thanks.
