There was a project with a very similar idea. Only there was not medicine but medical insurance documents. And in general, everything connected with insurance, if I remember correctly PolicyPal with Val Yap.

Not everyone can understand blockchain, its gonna be hard.

The article mention privacy but does not explain fully in detail that, we can see any transaction on the chain and how to protect patient data information while everyone can access to the chain? I don't think every sector is always need blockchain.

A study has revealed the potential for involvement in health care.
Which study did the article refer to? I couldn't find any information about it.

Based on what I comprehend in the article, it suggests it could be improving the "Privacy and Security, Saves Time and Labour Cost, and Increases Efficiency" aspects. Well, In my opinion, those problems that arise about the medical records can be also tremendously improved even without using blockchain technology. It would be overkill to use blockchain to solve that, and it seems the referred article is just using Blockchain tech as a buzzword.

I strongly believe that Blockchain is likely to make many systems easier. Different businesses, different structures like education and medicine can adopt Blockchains.
We can use NFT-tokens to transfer and store information, but also there are different decentralised storages like Filecoin, Safe Network and Sia. Unfortunately it is too early to say that we are ready for such changes as decentralised storage of data still has many problems.

Could Medical Records be moved to a Blockchain?

Blockchain technology is no longer just limited to the crypto space. A study has revealed the potential for involvement in health care. As much as blockchain is renowned for its role in powering bitcoin, technology has made it a rather generic tool that can keep data safe in a structurally spread and encoded ledger.

Yesterday I read an article on Blockster about it. 3 reasons why it would be cool... What do you think? Let's discuss  Roll Eyes
