Have you ever tried to meditate to get more results?
I believe hold is a very safe strategy if you have enough information with what you hold. Depending on the coin you give specific strategies hold long time or short. But if you choose hold then asset you will be frozen for a long time when you just wait and ask, it is extremely dangerous and risky. I think if you have enough knowledge and technology you trade will bring profits faster and more.

I dont think it has relation between holding and meditate because two different thing.
I think if you meditate you will just get clear good mind after but it does not make your holding coin become profitable.

What you do mean? You used meditation to control our emotions not to dump bitcoin during crash? Are you serious?

You don't need to do that, you just HODL and check the price once in while and if you see that the price is going down then you just have to control yourself. No need to do something specially. I guess you do panic that's why you want to "pray" that a miracle happen and bitcoin suddenly increase. It doesn't work that way.

Like I said, just check the price not that often so that you won't be affected to much. Or much better if you are going to check it next day, so that it will reduce your anxiety.

No, I haven't, and how would meditation give you more or better results? that makes no sense.

"Meditating for HODL strategy" I haven't tried it either, especially not as an "strategy" (?), but I can see how it can be helpful, for instance, meditation would've helped a lot of people last week during the massive drop we saw in the market (people were freaking out like crazy), so creating a peace of mind and getting some positive energy around you could definitely be of help in extreme circumstances.

So yeah, meditation could be a great practice for those who get easily nervous/anxious when they check out the charts, but to use it as an actual strategy to 'hodl' ? I'm not sure about that.

No I haven't and I highly doubt that would help given how crazy and fast paced crypto is. My mind can only relax off crypto when I go snowboarding because I am in completely another dimension, meditating would not put me in another dimension sadly.

If you're really restless and looking at a coins price go up (or obverse) makes you want to sell it immediately to get that extra money (or prevent further loss). MEDITATE. Calm yourself, try to relax.
Doing anything in a hurry always leads one to regret. I myself have been saved a couple of times by listening to devotional music (well close to meditation) when I was impatient to sell bitcoin during its mid-rising days.

Meditating, good strategy to calm people's mind.I think patience is the key to hodl the coins when the price falling but most of the people will get panic and will sell all their coins.
But I am never try meditating while holding coins. Grin

I hope mod will sweep this useless thread soon. Tongue

The point is invest in a solid project with a solid team working on something with real world applications then hodl afterwards. I have never tried meditating anyway but if it helps you why not?

kind of, yoga helps me a lot to relax. it's really good to have a clear and focused mind when it comes to trading. some people meditate, others get wasted to wash their worries away. anyways, you choose your own method  Grin

Meditating is to focus your energy and keep yourself calm especially these days when the price is tanking. Everyone needs to calm down and focus on their goal to keep on hodling. But if you already have the discipline of a good trader, meditation will not add much.

Meditating on crypto wont make you sleep actually, given that some of your bets are falling (from personal experience). I think HODL works for those with low-middle vlolume + low value, but for those with already high volume and value only short-term trading will work, HODLing for too long is risky. IMHO.

Just get the mindset right when HODLing, there is nothing wrong with meditating is like how we human to get some relief spiritually, if it does help you relax on crash event why not, it's like the opposite of panic sellers, but being proactive is never wrong though.

Get more results from what?In your title, you are talking about HODLing not trading. The results from HODLing our cryptocurrencies won`t depend on our activities, they depend of the market trends.I prefer to pray for the bitcoin price to go up,not to meditate.I don`t know how to meditate.
This is an interesting suggestion,by the way.Lots of traders would need meditation in order to reduce their panic, when the prices crash.
