MedXchange is a trusted global marketplace for regulated medical devices, supplies and services, enhanced by innovation, blockchain and compliance technologies.


We match buyers and sellers of regulated medical devices and supplies and ensure product compliance with a real time data base of regulatory requirements in 160 local jurisdictions (e.g. FDA, CE Marking, Brazil, Canada, and so forth), combined with frictionless and borderless blockchain attributes.


MedXchange is the world’s first block-chain enhanced global marketplace for the *regulated* medical devices and supplies industry, which has over $340 billion in annual sales.


The Medxchange MVP is in process. In the meanwhile, we are doing OTC deals through an affiliate (this project is a spin-off from an established medical device company with 17 years in the industry). All these OTC deals will be moved to the platform and automated once we open the platform. Currently, the OTC deals are focused on wholesale trades of both critical and surplus supplies of COVID19 related goods (all regulated by FDA, CE, and country-specific medical and privacy regulations), as well as emergency medical goods, in about a dozen countries. Deal sizes range from as low as USD $10,000 to as high as USD $180 million.



The MEDCASH Token is an ERC-20 standard Ethereum token which is native to Medxchange.
