Is the ETA option based on the Mempool ?
Yes. The ETA option gives an estimated number of blocks to have your transacted confirmed in - between 25 blocks and the next block. To estimate this, Electrum looks at the current size of the mempool, and places your transaction anywhere from 0.1MB from the tip for the next block, to around 10-12MB from the tip for 25 blocks.

This is, of course, only an estimate, as it is impossible to predict the future. It assumes that blocks are found at a 10 minute intervals, and while this is the average, it is not uncommon to have block times of up to an hour. Further, at any time someone (likely an exchange) could drop several megabytes of transactions in the mempool which could push your transaction down.

OK, but the links perfectly works.

In the android electrum app I got A LOT OF addresses.
Its all works for money receiving?
Yes oeleo already said it above, every single receiving address will work fine all bitcoins sent to those addresses should appear on your wallet. If it doesn't show up on your wallet then there could be something wrong on your app. The receiving addresses usually changes on your wallet to prevent your coins from getting tracked and linked. Others could easily know most of your transaction if you used the same receiving address.

If I set the static to minimum fee, this is cheapest than mempool and ETA?
As I said before, neither is cheaper than the other. They just give different sliders.

At the moment, the mempool is empty enough that all three sliders give 1 sat/byte as the minimum. If the mempool was fuller, both mempool and ETA would have higher minimums, and only static would give you the lowest value of 1 sat/byte. If you want the cheapest fee of 1 sat/byte, whichever setting the slider is set to is irrelevant provided it gives you a 1 sat/byte option. 1 sat/byte is the same fee regardless of what setting the slider is on.

You could also ignore the slider altogether and just check the box "Edit fees manually" under Tools -> Options, and type a "1" in the new box that appears above the slider.

There is no option which is the "cheapest". They simply give different ways of choosing your fee and estimating the time to confirm. You can read more about the differences here: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/how-to-manually-set-transaction-fees/

If you are sending microtransactions, particularly if you have multiple small inputs, then the best option is to keep your fees as low as possible and accept that you might have to wait a little longer for your transaction to confirm. Thankfully, the mempool is more-or-less emptying several times per day at the moment, so even the lowest fee transactions are confirming within a few hours at most. If you are not in a hurry for your transaction to confirm, then select "static" and set the fee to the minimum allowable, 1 sat/byte.

All bitcoin addresses displayed in your Electrum wallet are yours and you can receive bitcoin to any of them.

The links to your pictures do not work.
