Just try to talk them into accepting bitcoins? It's easy enought and they can convert it into fiat easily, but on the other side they may dump cheap coin but i don't think that would be huge problem. But seriously, for a mental health place, add they really need to do is grab a bitpay account and get a "professional" account (unless they deal with a lot of money / are planning on a lot of income via BTC).

You can contact them and explain them how easy it is to set up a fund where people can donate with bitcoin.
