Crypto buisness is kinda stressful thing like any other buisness. If you have mental problems, I`d recommend to visit a doctor or just try to relax and not panic. Stress is a very harmful thing and it`s better to prevent diseases than to cure it.  Wink

"Invest only what you can afford to lose."
This cannot be stressed enough. Do not play games that you cannot afford to lose. If you are stressing every day about minor market fluctuations then get your money out of volatile markets and into slow growth investments.

I think that if you choose projects that you truly believe that are not going to zero, and do not overinvestment, you can keep calm and do not suffer any mental stress.

Most people have mental stress because they overinvest in shitcoins trying to catch a pump of 800% in few days. That's very stressful.

I invest mostly in btc and eth. I think it's a very conservative move and i can sleep well.

As a person who is financially and emotionally invested in bitcoin and also other crypto currencies, I myself experience firsthand the emotional dilemas that this digital currencies arouse. Not only it affects my daily living, but most importantly my well being as an individual and my mental state. As bitcoin is volatile in nature, I cant erase the fact it has taken a toll on me. Anxiety, insomnia, not being able to eat etc. Luckily I've figured out some of my ways of coping with this kinds of situations, and will be willingly sharing this to you.

1. Dont fall into the trap, checking the value of cryptocurrencies is very likely to be unhealthy. Try to establish a pricepoint in which you would sell and buy set your phone to alert you with that treshhold and stick with it.

2. Prepare to own it for years, there's no question that digital currencies are the future. You should take a good look at the bigger picture.
allocate a sum of your prized investment for long term holding.

3. Invest only what you can afford to lose. So many people already jumping into the wagon and getting with the hype, even in most cases they dont even understand a thing, they just want to go with the flow- And thats what I think very much likely is the main cause of the negative mental effects of cryptocurrencies all around the globe. "People who just go with the flow that just jumps in and thats it" type of individuals. which leads us to number four.

4. Study, Understand, Re-evaluate as for all decision they say, think thrice before you make any. the same goes with investing with digital currencies, dont just take a straight jump, Study, Understand, and Re-evaluate

How about you? what can you say about your experiences and your ways of coping with it?
