I don't know (you didn't mentioned) witch website you are talking about, but that sounds to me like you lost your 1st account...

When I set up my account I must have typo'd my pin because I'm unable to update any information because it says pin invalid. So I made a new account and I wanted to know if there is anyway for the main webadmin to add the two accounts? My main is now thatonechickt while the first account I started was thatonegirlt. ( Very creative right? )

EDIT: Sorry, I don't know how I missed that this was the Bitcoin forum and not a dedicated forum for my pool lol. I meant the pool.betcoin.co pool.
