Hi I am new to the bitcoin forum and I am happy to join such an awesome community.
I see that the new rule for merit system but i find some user are misusing it and gaining some merit.
for example I see that some user like
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;u=1224889 from https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/oscar2000-377987
has got 50 merits for a normal post.Is it ok to report something like this ?

Good catch with your alt mate. Merits are came to regulate the post quality and stop seemless rank up of spammers but nowadays it does not like that. Everyone wants to grab more merits because that these kind merit trade has been taken part.
These kind of merit trades will affect the reputation of the forum and spoil the people mindset who are looking to grab the merits with the good quality posts.
