It has come to my observation that the newbie on the forum including myself are stricken of their merit..
You thought about the concept and content you posted after Series of calculations and preciseness..only to be rewarded atleast to keep trying....nothing is giving to you as an encouragement to continue instead someone else under your post is rewarded for nothing..
I don't know but I feel merit awarding seems a little kind of byass...
Please if am wrong correct me...
Please newbies speak out.. we want to learn but after lecture a word of encouragement should be given..
The same logic applies in a classroom where a new student answers a question... "Class please clap for him"
