If you don't let the emotions on your way then you can do things a lot better than how you do online cause you would have clear idea of what's happening if you don't let the emotions to fog things around.

But emotions felt when we have to and if we don't then it's usually something not normal with our brain processing the reactions.

Like they say “no man is an island.” and we all have to at some point interact with other people. Be it discussing something with workmates or catching up with friends or keeping in touch with your family or having a healthy relationship with a romantic partner. Every single relationship will be built and maintained properly if you have high emotional intelligence. I also think that aside from having good relationships with other people, you’d also have a kinder relationship with yourself.

It's made up of several intelligences and each person has one, although the more prominent are different. we can see from interest, reading, dancing, singing, memorising or matching between data and facts. because it is done continuously and becomes a routine for each person so that there can be a screech because it is used to it, but the existence of intelligence also has an important effect because it underlies and processes in the human brain and accepts. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or a bad idea, but it's a good idea to make sure you're aware of what you're talking about and what you're doing. if you're writing this, it's a thread that you may have experienced yourself, but if you're getting it from a specific source, it's better to include it for reference and bibliography in this forum.

Although mood swings can be controlled by ourselves, I agree that intelligence is vast and we can use it often if each person realises.

IMHO, there should be a balance. Emotional and intellectual intelligence are still best to have if you have them equal.

Some are forgetting to be emphatic with others feeling when they are too self centered and intelligent.

They all mean to think of themselves as intelligent people and they are correct at all times but in all reality, they are not and shouldn't be.
