Posting this message, as some users are “threatening” me of “making everything public”. I would like to be the first one to do so. So it can be publicly cleared, and no menaces or any type of extortion can occur.
So lets recap on what has happened, I posted the auction for the Anniversary coin. (Coin surrounded by a lot of bad comments, polemics… that have sure influenced here)
Original price was 0.7, Cyclops gets it for 0.6 BTC, I am unable to post during the weekend and the auction is left without an official winner.
Cyclops immediately reposts the coin for auction, waiting for an “instant” flip. He is requested payment txid, as I don’t respond, he posts a fake txid to get the coin sold as soon as possible. I get accused of being Cyclops and having altered auctions and overall being nearly comparable to a scammer such as “Coinographic” (I think we all know that story)
I want to clear now, that during the happening of the auction and later acts, Cyclops was not managed by me: Do I know the person behind? Yes. Do I have a close relationship with him? Yes. Do I approve what has happened. No. Did I made my best to resolve the situation? I think so, @Zepher has been declared winner of the auction, at an even lower price of 0.52 and has the right to claim the coin. Tried to fix things up, but seems funnier to go on a witch hunt…
Look at it this way, should I have wanted to rise price; creating a new account, totally separate, as all the rumors raises from using the same background on some pictures, and using Crypto Imperator to confirm the winner would have been the chosen option, there would have been no need to post any kind of Txid as access to the CI wallet would have been granted. Why has “Cyclops” done it? He is used to flip on all sort of auctions, sales… in and outside the forum so it was a pretty good opportunity.
CI has been partially in possession of the account Cyclops, as it has never been denied in any private message exchanged between the parties. During the “recent” behavior it has not been under my control, due to security and Hit-by-a-bus scenario there are certain shared details between trusted parties, one of them being the person behind Cyclops.
Having multiple accounts has never been a problem here in the forum, the objective is to separate sales different from Coins, having an account that can be managed by anyone.
All the private accusations have been answered with the truth, there are no contradictions. Only omitted information. There is still requests being sent to Cyclops and me regarding the issue, no accuser will be happy with any answer that could be provided so, I am posting this here in behalf of both Crypto Imperator and Cyclops; as Crypto Imperator is the one who is most suffering from the situation.
The accusations I’ve received seem to accuse me of building a meditated and elaborated Scam, that has been allegedly happening during a long time. Claims of past auctions having had the price inflated due to Cyclops acts, but if you check carefully there are auctions that have ended with much lower price than retail. And have all been honored, with no action of Cyclops.
Many coins were won by “Cyclops”, why? There are people outside the forum who want to bid for my coins, thats the task of the Cyclops account manager.
If you look at past history, not only the one that could be “incriminating”.
As said Cyclops account has only been used for selling. Managed by a very close person. Who has been recriminated for the actions, resulting in bad feedback and not allowance to participate in other auctions nor representations of myself.
Another consideration, calculating the money risked. How much has it been 0.10-0.25 BTC? I’ve been accused of being similar to CoinoGraphic who stole thousands of $? Did not deliver sold coins. Took preorders and never made the coins… CI can’t be accused of any of that, here we are talking about less than 300$. Its something to think about…
My message is, after two years not a single scam accusation, no unhappy customers regarding the coins received.
Sorry for all this rant, it is focused to certain people on the forum. If you, as a customer, user… feel I/CI/Cyclops deserve punishment:
The only new message you will see from this account, is auction for the gold coin. Should the coins not be sold, minimum at cost price, they would be the last coin officially released (And for collectors that would be a great thing) and Crypto Imperator will disappear, at least from the forum. No more coins will be ever released to the public. As you know other members have trusted CI to manufacture their coins, and I will continue to do so if requested.
After this no more comments will be made on the matter, Im just tired of dealing with this, the forum and assumption of guilt and perfidy. I already suffered one witch hunt and any thread open for discussion will go the same way, ending in personal dispute. Call it cowardly if you want, but I know it will all be and endless unfruitful discussion.
I wont take part in any thread against myself/Cyclops, nor will Cyclops do.
To people/customers/friends who have trusted me, and hope will.
The main business, thinking, designing, manufacturing, assembling and shipping coins has been followed with strict quality standards since the beginning. Without a customer complaint left unattended. Have this in consideration when making your mind around this issue, Bitcoin is a breakthrough technology and I’ve risked a lot to build a business around it.
Shit happens, thats unavoidable, people make bad decisions, its how the world works. I am the first to admit it.
If you still wish to make me arrive some communication regarding the matter, use the email cryptoimperator at gmail.com but I can’t guarantee a response. Do not forum PM
As always open to any communication Coin related.
See you on the “Ultra BTC Gold Coin Auction; and with Kind Regards,
Crypto Imperator
