It's only recorded at blockchain.info

And you can do it if you made transaction with blockchain.info wallet
So, you won't find the message at other block explorer

This message is not in "the blockchain" (the publicly shared ledger that all full nodes maintain a complete copy of).

The message that you linked to is a message that the owners of the website "www.blockchain.info" store in their own database.  When you visit their website, they pull the message out of their database and show it to you.  It is not stored in anybody else's copy of the blockchain.

If you want to know how to get messages added into blockchain.info's database, you'll need to ask them.
