It seems to be more like 10 minutes

If he is using it as a nonce it is going to be random within the range he is offsetting it.

He's doing it intentionally.  From #bitcoin-dev on IRC a few days ago:

Quote
fwiw, Eligius is intentionally setting its timestamps up to 2 hours into the future
I'm abusing it as an extranonce until more miners implement noncerange+rollntime

Well, I think we can now suggest that Eligius needs to fix their damn clock.  Look at 141,220 to 141,222

It is impossible to tell from that if the problem is Eligius or some solo miner/private pool.

But seriously, we are in the Internet Era people.  Install NTP already.

Could you please set your clock correctly?

http://blockexplorer.com :
Code:
141208 2ed9c752e3... 2011-08-16 14:21:07 35 850.37489758 12.393
141207 2553560719... 2011-08-16 14:27:45 13 305.77282401 4.694

I believe there's a site logging which pool found a given block, what is it?
