It might not be illegal but it is not allowed by microsofts tos. Sellers like you and your customer fucking up the msdn and/or bizspark programm. If you or your customers want free software USE UNIX!!!

So this is discouraged because this is "fucking up the MSDN and/or bizspark program" ? Then it should encouraged Grin ! If this can make Microsoft sucks, then it is good Wink !

sorry but if you are a unix fanboy, we are all cool with it, but your comment is just stupid...

No, I'm not an UNIX fanboy. Microsoft is just a bad company that is spying us. I don't think that anyone here would like to be spied.

First of all, I'd like to say that this thread has no intention of flaming on Lutpin or any harsh reactions against him.
Well, I can take it, come at me.

Brb, gonna lick Vods boob.

You're not understanding what I mean I think. I'm not going to set-up a scene like everyone else is against negative trust.
All I'm asking you is if you can adjust the message, nothing else.

you are aksing luptin to remove the part you dont give refunds?

Yes sir, that's all I'm asking for. As I said, I fully agree that it's a morally wrong thing to do. But I just want to make clear that I'm not trying to scam people or leave people without support in any way. Nothing else, that's it.
It's just so fucking hypocritical of you to ask Lutpin to do the right thing whilst in the same breath admitting you're doing the wrong thing.  You are such a cunt.

Reformulated. You can lock this thread now.
Let me also give you a piece of advice on your way: You can do better than that.

He copied Vod's second trust feedback on you; why aren't you talking with Vod about it? Seems to me like you'd have plenty of time in the 10 months since Vod has posted that.

Hi there,

First of all, I'd like to say that this thread has no intention of flaming on Lutpin or any harsh reactions against him. I just want to point that out before I begin.

Alright, so here's the deal. You recently gave me some negative trust. I'm fine with that, no hard feelings. As I agree that's it morally wrong to sell MSDN keys. But there is one part that caught my attention and I'm not very happy about that.

The negative trust message:

This user is selling MSDN product keys. This is not allowed (see http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_install/selling-product-key-from-msdntechnet-and-or/cf40c328-67ce-49b6-bbb6-c28cda92c06e).

Further, there are reports from users that the keys he is selling are not working and he will not give refunds.

MSDN selling isn't illegal in my country, but I'm taking that for granted. It's the message about me not giving refunds for non-working keys that bothers me. Of course, some keys don't work. Be it either a personal mistake as a human or a key that hasn't been used within a certain time period. Long story short, I always make sure my customers are happy and satisfied. That's one of the big reasons I'm still around unlike many others.

Anyways, I tried sending you a PM about this and you haven't replied so I decided to open this thread to ask you kindly if you would like to remove this part of the negative trust message: Further, there are reports from users that the keys he is selling are not working and he will not give refunds.

I would appreciate that.

Sincerely,

Jake
