OP is ok with using Escrow, so loan will be funded by OP while collateral will be held by escrow?

What's your purpose of giving out loans here?
If you were to start this kind of business I suggest that you e courage escrow for the collaterals that will be given to you.
To all borrowers, prefer to escrow your collteral. Do not let the lender hold the collteral because this is shady.

What's your purpose of giving out loans here?
If you were to start this kind of business I suggest that you encourage escrow for the collaterals that will be given to you.
To all borrowers, prefer to escrow your collteral. Do not let the lender hold the collteral because this is shady.
