Trying to sell at first an account, cancel the thread and then ask for a loan is clearly suspicious and can be seen as an disguise account selling by defaulting the loan. Disguise account selling is not forbidden but I think this is a fraudulent way to scam someone.
Potential lender can lose their money so it is an information they had to know.

I dont really agree with you mate, see if the collateral is worth the amount he is asking for loan, then should not matter at all Smiley , Yes if the collateral is not what the lender can sell and recover the amount, then its fine. Anyways just my personal opinion maybe be wrong Smiley

If you lend to this guy, consider that you have bought his account.

I have no fixed interest.
Borrowers could choose themself which interest they want to pay.
I'll decide if the repayment amount is acceptable.

What is the repayment rates you suggest after offering your loans ?
Or may be you will allow the borrowers to choice the repayment they can afford for their loans ?

I don't think this is interest free because of the "repayment amount" in the OP.
Probably repayment rates are up to borrowers, as you can see in most of loan requests.

In my opinion, interest has to be acceptable enough for lenders but not too much because it can lead to default/scam.

Thanks for this information. If the loanee wishes then I will call an escrow from the list in this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcointalk-escrows-trade-safely-855778

In order to secure any future loans, I suggest that you use an escrow in holding the collateral since you are sfill a newbie around here and has not yet have any established reputation.

A loan is considered as defaulted, if payment is overdue for 24 hours. For each day late, I charge 1% extra fee. If loan repayment is five days overdue without any message from the loanee, I usually go ahead to liquidate the collateral.
