Well if he is lending money we will most likely not scam people. Lending and asking for loans can be a good strategy. If you know you are reliable (and can get cheap loans), you can borrow in one side to lend it to another.

There's a lot of account farming and even Full Member accounts are likely to be prone to be loan-sold. 0.0145 BTC also seems like quite a small amount, and most likely anyone that wants to take that loan from you would be a scammer.
