As long as you buy at a time when the coin is at its lowest for the day and sell when the coin shoots up, you can make regular profits.
Haha, any trader on the world's want that. But this is very difficult although you are trader have have many years experience, the market can kill anyone when they subjective and negligent, carefully!

Though the market has been moving downwards one can profit, because in between the price is increasing. So the goodness stands in making use of the price track even for small profit, but the same is not possible with every trader.

Is it possible to make daily trades and profit from these crazy drops? Or does the market has some sort of protection against this?

Thanks
Many people already did it for a long time, they've bought bitcoin at cheaper price and sell at higher price obviously.
Next step is buy back when it seems the price won't fall down further, wait for another rise and then sell it again, daily trading cycles always going just like that.
Another way is, buy cheap coins from one exchange and sell it at other exchanges which has higher price (arbitrage), but at current drop, it is so risky as you can be defeated by the time when people keep sell out and you buy it.

It's possible if you have a good amount of money to trade, otherwise you will not be able to earn a good amount as you will have to pay for bigger fees every time you cash out. I do like to trade bitcoins but I am more comfortable now with trading altcoins, even having an amount of less than 1 BTC is I already find it profitable since the whole market moves more than bitcoin can. It's your choice anyway, just do what makes you feel profitable for you.

I believe OP has the question whether it's possible to make a Profiting from the fluctuations happening between time. For the same my answer is yes, whether the price is dropping or increasing users can make use of the fluctuations and make money. All that's required is patience to overcome the fear of losing and buy at the some X price and if the price seems dropping continuous at some point it surely strikes back towards increase. We need to make use of this and sell even if the profit is small. All it needs is time to have a close observation on the price variation.

yes it is possible as long as you can predict the market movement. if you predict a rise you can buy and sell on top and if you predict a drop you sell and buy at the bottom, rinse and repeat.
there is also shorting which you can do on certain exchanges that allow you and make profit on drops and lose a lot if you guessed wrong and price didn't drop!

If you are talking about buying at a low price and selling high for Bitcoins, then yes it is possible. If you just go for margin profits, the commission fees might eat up your profits. Of course you can have a larger trading volume (Buy even more to sell more), but that will only give higher risks.

It's just like stocks, same idea, but do be careful if you are depending your earnings on this, since Bitcoin is REALLY volatile. (Currently)
