Depends... How many Alices, exactly, is he in contact with and how much each are they willing to pay for such a product and does Bob have to service the customers himself or will Alice pay them separately?

The service aspect I spoke of in the OP was only in reference to whoever masterminds this endeavor to be able to provide the utmost back end support when needed, at no extra cost unless a customer desires something over and beyond the package they purchase. The standard price point hovers around $49.95, hence my suggestion.
There are many Alices. Half those Alices will be Alex(es). Alex with a body shop; Alex with a RC hobby site; Alex with a mobile ad company for the homeless.
Bob will have no problem getting Alices and Alexes.
As far as Charlie. He rather be referred to as Chuck.

Both models are virtually the same, base mainly on ads by Bitcoin accepting entities. But that doesn't need to be the case. There are tens of thousands of niche markets out there that can easily benefit from this. If I were one of those adsense-type gurus, I would build such a site and market it to those niche concerns. Looks to me like these two sites are an easy built. Simply add a little more spice, yet K.I.S.S., and voilà.
It could be designed for the average user, but scalable for those who make a living from building micro websites. Here's how I envision it using an average user as an example.
Alice (like that name? I just made it up) has a blog, an Etsy site (maybe also eBay), a Twitter account, is on Facebook, etc. Bob (another name I just made up) has made contact with Alice and sells her the micro website package for $49.95 USD, an easy to manage site that'll complement her already golden circle. But with this site, unlike all the others, with the exception of Alice's main product site(s), she's able to pull in a little extra revenue from her newly created ad site. She is now introduced to Bitcoin, and she's offering bitcoins to her viewers via her ad site.
Incorporated in the site's ad rotation is at least one ad that links back to her main product site(s). As an example, Alice sells her homemade quilts on Etsy and she has a decent following, but has a need to obtain more customers. She fires up the site that kind of looks like Daily Bitcoins and CoinAd sites, but none of the ads are Bitcoin related. They would be quilt making products and perhaps other indie crafters from Etsy. It'll be her job to get advertisers, a task that shouldn't be that difficult for the ad rates should be modest. About half the ad revenue would go into the incorporated Bitcoin faucet on Alice's micro website, while the other half she retains.
Bob makes his money by selling the sites, all the while offering up excellent customer service. Alice would get a boost in sales and some extra pocket change, while Bob is in position to make a killing.

BTW, it's paramount to neatly integrated this idea onto smartphones.
