I have a lot of accounts I log into and after a while I start to see this error...

It use to work with using a phone number to unlock it but now a lot of give me this error. I see this when I haven't logged into them for a while. Changing the password doesn't work since i"ve already tried it. If anyone knows how to fix bypass this error let me know. And I don't have attached phone number on these.
